What is your availability?

We can offer an outcall service in case of an emergency, 7 days a week from 9am-5pm, depending on availability, and in call services, Tuesday Wednesday and saturday from 9am-6pm.

What are the benefits of skin boosters?

Can any age range have Botox?

Patients must be 18 years or older to be able to get Botox. However, most experts agree that in most cases, patients at a good age for preventative Botox treatment are those in their mid-late 20s and early 30s who are prone to wrinkles.

How can I determine the right skin care regimen for me?

Our skin care experts will conduct a thorough assessment to determine your unique skin needs and develop a tailored regime for you.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is a car park outside where you can park where you like.

What shall I do to prepare for my appointment?
  • Avoid alcohol at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Avoid taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen. If you are unsure, please message us.
  • Ensure you eat and drink plenty of water prior to your appointment.
  • Please attend your appointment with a fresh face and no make up to minimise your risk of infection.

Are consultations free?

Consultations are £20, this is deducted from your choice of treatment. 

What can I expect after my treatment?

The aftercare depends on what treatment you have opted for. Most clients can resume back to their day to day activities within the first 24 hours. Swelling and bruising is common for injectable treatments.

How far ahead shall I plan my treatment around holidays / events?

For injectable treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers, we always recommend at least 10 days before you have an upcoming event. For medical grade facials such as microneedling, we recommend 7 days.

How long do treatments typically take?

It really depends on the treatment you choose, however, usually between 15-60 minutes. 

What are the usual side effects of the treatments offered?

Potential side effects of each treatment will be discussed on consultation. Mild swelling and bruising can occur after injectable treatments.

What are the payment options?

We accept cash, bank transfer, credit and debit card payments. 

Can I bring my children?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the business we are not insured to allow children unattended on the premises. If you arrive with children unfortunately you will be asked to leave without treatment. I apologise in advance for the inconvenience but this is for health and safety for both parties.
